NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 24th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 007372 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida. Reverse Mortgage Solutions, Inc., Plaintiff and JOHN P STEFANOFF; ET AL, are defendant. Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 09:00 AM on this January 23rd, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, NORTHWOOD SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
