NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 001371 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida. Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee for the PrimeStar-H Fund I Trust, Plaintiff and DWIGHT T. GORDON A/K/A DWIGHT GORDON; ET AL, defendant. Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 09:00 AM on this January 26th, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT PARCEL OF LAND IN SARASOTA COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN DEED INST # 1999053058, ID# 0968057120, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 20, BLOCK 571, 18TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, FILED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 6.
