Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 13, 2014 , and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on December 19, 2014, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the office of Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 6, BLOCK 350, THIRD ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 31, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on January 26, 2015 beginning at 09:00 AM.
