NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment Of Mortgage Foreclosure filed December 30, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 2014 CA 000779 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 9:00 AM on the 13th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, situate in Sarasota County, Florida:
The East 49' of Lot 9, all of Lot 10, Block 3, The Bay-Vista Boulevard Section of Englewood, as per the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 218, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; Together with that portion of a vacated 25' strip reserved for road purposes lying adjacent to the above-described property, said 25' strip being shown on the original Plat of said subdivision along the Northerly boundary from Carolina Avenue to Tamiami Trail; that portion of Gasparilla Street adjacent to the above-described property, lying Westerly of the centerline of said Street; and that portion of said 25' road way described above bounded on the East by the centerline of vacated Gasparilla Street, on the North by the North boundary of said subdivision, on the South by a line produced Easterly from the Northeast corner of Lot 10, to the centerline of vacated Gasparilla Street and on the West by a line produced Northerly from the Northeast corner of said Lot 10 to the North boundary of said subdivision as recorded in official Records Book 1316, Page 1125, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
