NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-001358 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein MB Financial Bank, N.A. as Successor by Merger to Cole Taylor Bank, Plaintiff and Eugene Frangioni and Veronica N. Frangioni a/k/a Veronica Frangioni, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on January 23, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 614 AND 615, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 3, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
