NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-006493-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Cole Taylor Bank, Plaintiff and Lillian Ross, Surviving Spouse of Robert R. Ross are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on January 23, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 118, BUILDING 2, PELICAN COVE CONDOMINIUM I, NOW KNOWN AS PELICAN COVE CONDOMINUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1076, PAGES 397 THROUGH 472, AND BY VIRTUE OF MERGER RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1673, PAGE 918, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 8, PAGES 37 THROUGH 37C, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
