NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 30, 2014, and entered in Case NO. 58-2008-CA-012254 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC, is the Plaintiff and SCOTT L MCCARTHY; LAS PALMAS OF SARASOTA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on 2/4/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT NO. 18-202, BUILDING NO. 18, OF LAS PALMAS OF SARASOTA, A LUXURY CONDOMINIUM, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. INSTRUMENT NO. 2004247846 ET SEQ.; AS AMENDED IN INSTRUMENT NO. 2004247847, TOGETHER WITH SUCH FURTHER ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
