NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 30th day of September, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 003263 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-14 is Plaintiff and PEARLENE A. STEPHENS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PEARLENE A. STEPHENS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 28th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19 AND THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 17, BLOCK C, FIRST ADDITION TO NEWTOWN HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 199, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
