NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 2, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2013 CA 008252 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein CALIBER HOME LOANS, INC. is Plaintiff and CARLYLE E. VEALE, CARLYLE E. VEALE AS TRUSTEE OF THE CARLYLE E. VEALE LIVING REVOCABLE TRUST DATED 11/23/2007, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A CASEY LORENZO, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARLYLE E. VEALE, UNKNOWN TRUSTEES, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEES, SETTLORS, AND BENEFICIARIES OF THE CARYLE E. VEALE LIVING REVOCABLE TRSUT DATED 11/27/2007, unknown trustees, settlers and beneficiaries of Carlyle E. Veale Living Revocable Trust dated 11/23/2007 are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 30th day of January, 2015 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 18, Block G, La Linda Terrace, according to the plat thereof, as recorded n Plat Book 1, Page 85, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
