NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 22, 2014 in Civil Case No. 58-2013-CA-008909 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and STEVEN C. MISTRETTA, SR., MICHAEL MISTRETTA SR., ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF HELEN J. BRENNAN, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE , CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, IN AND FOR SARASOTA COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, KAREN GANCIO, ROBERT MISTRETTA, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KAREN GANCIO, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL MISTRETTA, SR., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEVEN C. MISTRETTA, SR., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT MISTRETTA, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Helen J. Brennan, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28th day of January, 2015 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 1, Block K, SOUTH GATE RIDGE, UNIT THREE, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, Pages 93 and 93A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
