NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-005284-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Phyllis A. Adams a/k/a Phyllis Adams are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on January 26, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 38 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, RUN THENCE SOUTH 01° 00' 00” WEST 3,840.00 FEET ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 35 FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; CONTINUE THENCE SOUTH 01° 00' 00” WEST 60.00 FEET ALONG SAID EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF SECTION 35; THENCE NORTH 89° 00' 00” WEST 125.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 01° 00' 00” EAST 60.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89° 00' 00” EAST 125.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; LESS THE EAST 25.00 FEET THEREOF, FOR ROAD PURPOSES.
