NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 006569 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA, is Plaintiff, and TRACY L. MOLLOHAN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
