Wells Fargo Bank N.A., as Trustee, for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC1 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Plaintiff and KARRIE BRUNO A/K/A KARRIE L. BRUNO F/K/A KARRIE L. CUYLER; ET AL, defendant. Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk, of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 09:00 AM on this February 5th, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
