Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment dated January 12, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 2013 CA 001670 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A, FKA WELLS FARGO BANK MINNESOTA N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CWMBS, INC. REPERFORMING LOAN REMIC TRUST CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2002-R3 is the Plaintiff, and JAMES J. TONGEL, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 51, RIDGEWOOD ESTATES, 5TH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 11 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 12th day of May, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
