Plaintiff, vs.
JAIME GUTIERREZ SADA and the UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAIME GUTIERREZ,
Defendants.
TO: JAIME GUTIERREZ SADA and the UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAIME GUTIERREZ, if living and if deceased, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, Trustees, or others claiming by, through or under said Defendants or anyone having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described.
The property herein described is as follows:
Unit Week No. 31 in Condominium Parcel Number 214, FOUR WINDS BEACH RESORT CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O. R. Book 1419, Pages 1979 through 2064 inclusive, and any amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 15, Pages 46, 46A through 46G, inclusive and any amendments thereto of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint for foreclosure of Claim of Lien has been filed and commenced in this court by FOUR WINDS BEACH RESORT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Mark A. Hanson, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty days from the first date of publication or February 23, 2015; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER.
