NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause now pending in said court, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Foreclosure sales conducted via internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on February 18, 2015 at 9:00 A.M. or as soon as possible thereafter, the following described property:
That parcel of land described in Official Records Book 1331, Page 580, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, and further described as follows: Begin at the Northwest corner of Lot 11 of Newtown Farms, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 38, of said records; Thence run East along the North line of said Lot 11 a distance of 200 feet; Thence run Southeasterly and parallel to the West line of said Lot 11 a distance of 202.5 feet; Thence run West and parallel to the North line of said Lot 11 a distance of 200 feet; Thence run Northwesterly along the West line of Lot 11 a distance of 202.5 feet to the Point of Beginning;

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
