NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 08, 2015 and entered in Case No. 58-2012-CA-003155 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and ANNE M. PHILIPS A/K/A ANNA MARIE PHILIPS; ANNA MARIE PHILIPS, AS TRUSTEE OF THE ANNA MARIE L. PHILIPS REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST UNDER AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 12, 2009; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARY OF THE ANNA MARIE L. PHILIPS REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST UNDER AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 12, 2009; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK; HUNTINGWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE MEADOWS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; TENANT #1 N/K/A GREG RIVERA are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cashh at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 12th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 34, HUNTINGWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1523, PAGE 1172, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 19, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
