NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 007534 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and MARY LYNN HOFFMAN; ISLES OF SARASOTA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MARTIN DONALD PAGE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 11th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 561, ISLES OF SARASOTA, UNIT 2B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGES 12, 12A THROUGH 12I, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
