NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 7, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2012CA007300NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BELLAVISTA MORTGAGE TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-2 is Plaintiff and CITIBANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK , MARTIN BEDNAR, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARTIN BEDNAR, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 11th day of February, 2015 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
A parcel of land lying and being in Section 3, Township 37 South, Range 18 East , Sarasota County, Florida and further described as follows:
Begin at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Wilkinson Oaks, A Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 31 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; thence North 00° 01`49” West 181.50`; thence due East along the South R/W line of Wilkinson Road (48`wide) 131.60`; thence South 00°01`49” East 181.50`; thence due West along the North Line of said Lot 1 a distance of 131.60` to the Point of Beginning.
Less the North 6` thereof as further described in that certain Warranty Deed in Official Records Instrument #2001069117, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
