NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 12, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-009864-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK NA AS TRUSTEE FOR BAFC SALT 2005-1F, is Plaintiff and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOW TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, WENDY KAY FOLDES, FOREST PINES ASSOCIATION, INC., TENANT #3, TENANT #4, TENANT #2 NKA GEORGIA STOBER, TENANT #1 NKA WILLIAM STOBER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WENDY KAY FOLDES, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10th day of February, 2015 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 1014, Section 10, FOREST PINES CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in OR Book 1005, Pages 934 through 975, as amended, and per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 6, Page 38, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
