Wells Fargo Bank N.A., as Trustee, for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC4 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Plaintiff and DENISE BOSE; LEWIS BOSE, III; DONNA J BRENTON; ET AL, are defendants. Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 09:00 AM on this February 27th, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33, SAN-SOUCI SOUTH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 23 AND 23A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
