NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered December 3, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-002238 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Pamela Di Tullio Mirarchi a/k/a Pamela Mirarchi a/k/a Pamela Di Mirarchi, Raymond Mirarchi a/k/a Raymond Di Tullio Mirarchi, Villas of Venice, Inc. Condominium Association, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com , Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 17th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 72, VENICE VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1074, PAGE 1127 THROUGH 1162, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 8, PAGES 36, 36A THROUGH 36F, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
