NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 14, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012 CA 004691 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and John McGlinchey; et al; Unknown Spouse of John McGlinchey are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 11th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, HARBOR OAKS SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 3 AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7 PAGE 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
