NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2013, and entered in 2012 CA 003847 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2005-0PT1 TRUST, ABFC ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-OPT1 is the Plaintiff and SHERRY L. MOORE A./K/A SHERRY JONES A/K/A SHERRY L. SHULTIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHERRY L. MOORE A./K/A SHERRY JONES A/K/A SHERRY L. SHULTIS N/K/A RANDALL MOORE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on February 09, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 560, BRENTWOOD ESTATES, UNIT NO.5, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES 49 AND 49A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
