NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 15, 2015 and entered in case 2014-CA-003026 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein Tropical Financial Credit Union is the Plaintiff and Kimberly D. Finnerty, Kimberly D. Finnerty as Personal Representative for the Estate of Patrick B. Finnerty and Wells Fargo Financial System Florida, Inc. are the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 20th day of FEBRUARY, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 208, RIDGEWOOD ESTATES, 15TH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
