NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 12th day of January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 004394 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and DUSTIN GERRY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DUSTIN GERRY; ALEXANDRIA JORDIN; ALEXANDRIA JORDIN AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF A TRUST AGREEMENT DATED OCTOBER 2010 AND IS KNOWN AS THE 2106 SWITZERLAND RD RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY TRUST; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 18th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 1007, 21ST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 9, 9A THROUGH 91, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
