NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated January 6, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 2013 CA 007395 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein EVERBANK is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL J. DRUMGOOL; KEEPING KIDS IN THEIR HOME FOUNDATION CORP., AS TRUSTEE FOR ABUNDANT LIFE 122012 LAND TRUST; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE ABUNDANT LIFE 122012 LAND TRUST; COLONIAL OAKS OF SARASOTA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.Sarasota.Realforeclose.Com at 9:00 a.m. on the 10thday of February, 2015 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1623, COLONIAL OAKS, UNIT NO. 23, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE(S) 13, 13A THROUGH 13D, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
