NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 7th day of January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 008482 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and KATRINA ANNA YAMANI A/K/A KATRINA YAMANI; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVICEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM ANY POTENTIAL INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF WARREN L. WEISS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 13th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, AND THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 14, AND THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 12, LESS THE NORTH 5 FEET THEREOF, BLOCK C, SARASOTA HIGHLANDS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 20-A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
