NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 30th day of December, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 005731 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY W. ODELL; THE TOWNS AT LAKESIDE ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE VILLAS AT LAKESIDE PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BETH A. ODELL; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 13th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 89, TOWNS AT LAKESIDE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 38, 38A THROUGH 38D, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
