PIEL, JR.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) #1 NOW KNOWN AS JASMINE GERENA; are the Defendants, the HON. KAREN E. RUSHING, Clerk of the Court, Sarasota County, Florida will sell the property located in Sarasota County, Florida to the highest and best bidder for cash.
