NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 20, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 2012 CA 001976 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and DURO VASTAG, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Sarasota County's On Line Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on February 24, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property in SARASOTA County, Florida as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 7, EASTWOOD OAKS SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE (S) 1 AND 1A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
