NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 12, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 007352 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP TRUST 2, is Plaintiff and JAMES WOLD; TERRACES OF FOREST LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of Court for SARASOTA, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 18th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO 2247, TERRACES OF FOREST LAKES CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1279, AT PAGE 1281, AND AMENDENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEROF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 11, PAGE 50 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
