NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 15 January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 001009 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Bank Of America, N.a., is the Plaintiff and James Peeples, Heir, Linda Peeples, Heir, Baywood Colony Garden Apartments Condominium Association, Inc., All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s), Jon R. Peeples, deceased, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Beneficiaries, or Other Claimants of Jon R. Peeples, deceased, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 19th of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
