NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated January 2, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009 CA 002271 NC, DIVISION: C, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is Plaintiff, and DAVID C SCHMECHEL A/K/A DAVID SCHMECHEL, ET AL UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.Sarasota.Realforeclose.Com at 9:00 a.m. on the 13thday of February, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
ALL OF THAT CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE COUNTY OF SARASOT A, STATE OF FLORIDA AND MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS LOT 4, BLOCK 1, GULF COAST PARK, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA, COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
