NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 7, 2015 entered in Case No. 2010 CA 004078 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loan Servicing, LP fka Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP is the Plaintiff and William P. Murray; Unknown Spouse of William P. Murray, if Living; If living, including any unknown spouse of said defendant(s) if remarried, and if deceased, the respective unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors and trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against the named defendant(s); Bank of America, N.A.; Royal Palm Owners Association, Inc.; Whether Dissolved or Presently Existing, Together with any Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, or Trustees of said Defendant(s) and all Other Persons Claiming By, Through, Under, or Against Defendant(s); Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #1 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 13th day of February, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL UNIT NO.5316 OF PHASE 1, ROYAL PALM VILLAS OF SARASOTA, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN. O.R BOOK 1751 PAGES 2054 THROUGH 2138, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 50 THROUGH 50B AS AMNDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 1 AND 1A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA, COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
