Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 20, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
LOT 1507, COLONIAL OAKS, UNIT NO. 22, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2563 WOOD OAK DR, SARASOTA, FL 34232; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales are held online at: https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on February 24, 2015 at 9:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
