NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 28, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2014 CA 001740 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-7 is Plaintiff and MARIA TRYBULEC, CITY OF NORTH PORT, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIA TRYBULEC, BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of February, 2015 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 4 & 5, Block 469, 8th Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 20 and 20A thru 20Z, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.,
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
