NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2014, and entered in 2009CA019949 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES LLC is the Plaintiff and LISA A VAN ULLEN; STANLEY P ALLEN; MARY KAY ALLEN; GULFVIEW ESTATES OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID ROBERT RUSH A/K/A DAVID R. CHUICKSHANKS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LISA A VAN ULLEN are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on February 19, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 465, AND ALL OF LOT 466 AND THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 467, GULF VIEW ESTATES, UNIT NO. 1, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE(S) 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
