NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 20 January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-000284 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Financial System Florida, Inc., is the Plaintiff and FIA Card Services, N.A. fka Bank of America, Susan J. Hine aka Susan Hine, Tenant #1 n/k/a Sally Fisher, Woodside South Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 25th of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 5, WOODSIDE SOUTH, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1247, PAGE 305, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 11, PAGE 7, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
