NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 16, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2012 CA 002910 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com the Clerk's Website for online auctions at 9:00 a.m. on the 26th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:

Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, Block E, and the adjacent 1/2 of vacated Seeds Avenue, DAY TERMINALS, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 190 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
LESS AND EXCEPT the Northerly 20 feet of vacated Seeds Avenue reserved for road right of way, as shown in Resolution recorded in Official Records Book 1587, Page 1552 Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
ALSO LESS AND EXCEPT the Northerly 20 feet of Lots 4 and 5, Block E, conveyed to the County of Sarasota in Official Records Book 1608, Page 611 Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
ALSO LESS AND EXCEPT the North 5.5 feet of Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block E, for right of way, as shown on Road Plat Book 3, Page 11, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
