Notice is given that under a Final Judgment dated September 30, 2015 and in Case No. 2015-CC-0067 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, in which ISLAND CLUB WEST HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., is the plaintiff and MICHAEL VALADEZ are the defendant(s), the Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on September 30, 2015 the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment:
Lot 196, Block 50, ISLAND CLUB WEST - Phase Two, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 115, Pages 3, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
