NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 20 January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-000094 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest by purchase from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as Receiver of Washington Mutual Bank F/K/A Washington Mutual Bank, FA, is the Plaintiff and Casa Di Amici Condominium Association, Inc., Citibank, N.A., Evelyn Gore, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest by purchase from the FDIC as receiver of Washington Mutual Bank, RMCR Financial, LLC, Sergey Sokho, Venetia Community Association, Inc., Villa Paradiso Neighborhood Association, Inc., are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 25th of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

M-8-A, PHASE III, OF CASA DI AMICI, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT 2003242857 AND RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT 2004067960 AND AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT 2004229649 AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 37, PAGE 21 AS AMENDED OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
