Thomas a/k/a William Thomas are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on October 5, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTH 100.00 FEET OF LOT 1 BLOCK 1, ORANGE HEIGHTS SYNDICATE, THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 25, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
