NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 26, 2015 and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 002897 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein CALIBER HOME LOANS, INC.1, (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered), is the Plaintiff and PAMELA LEE THOMPSON A/K/A PAMELA LEE STIDD A/K/A PAMELA L. THOMPSON; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FDIC AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 2nd day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
