NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 26, 2015 and entered in Case No. 58-2011-CA-009792 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE (CWALT 2006-OA9)1, (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered), is the Plaintiff and DANA SANTIMAURO; DAVID SANTIMAURO; HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A PAUL MARTINEAU, and TENANT #2 N/K/A MARIE MARTINEAU are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 2nd day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
