NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated 2nd day of December, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 002899 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein VENTURES TRUST 2013-I is Plaintiff and WILLIAM JAMES CARROLL; LORI A. CARROLL F/K/A LORI A. DILL; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 3rd day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 50, LESS THE NORTH THIRTY (30) FEET THEREOF, PAVER PARK ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 42 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
