NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 14, 2014, and entered in 2010CA002060 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and ESTATE OF CHARLOTTE MASON; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; DAVID MASON; LAOREDA G. LAUVER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID MASON N/K/A JENNIFER MASON are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on February 24, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 39, BLOCK 2, VENICE EAST, SECTION ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 13, 13A, & 13B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
