NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2015, and entered in 2013-CA-002572 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and WILLIAMS OTIS COLLINS III; UNKNOWN TENANTS(S); UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIE DEZ COLLINS; THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST MARIE DEZ COLLINS A/K/A MARIE COLLINS A/K/A MARIE D. COLLINS A/K/A MARIE DEZOUCHE COLLINS are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on February 20, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK G, SORRENTO SHORES, UNIT NO. 2 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
