NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 8, 2012, and entered in 2010 CA 007541 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE INC. is the Plaintiff and DAVID V. LYLE; KIMBRA L. LYLE; REGIONS BANK, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO AMSOUTH BANK. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on February 19, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTHERLY 21 FEET 4 INCHES OF LOT 224, AND ALL OF LOTS 225 AND 226, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 28, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. AND
LOTS 1420 AND 1421, SOUTH VENICE UNIT NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 33, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
