NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2015, and entered in 2014 CA 004919 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and SHAWN WIGGINS A/K/A SHAWN B. WIGGINS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHAWN WIGGINS A/K/A SHAWN B. WIGGINS; RHONDA R. ROBINSON; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE KB HOME LOANS; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on February 20, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 524 OF ELEVENTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE(S) 2, 2A THROUGH 2I OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
